  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
