- 1 packet ranch dressing mix (1 oz)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1 oz)
- 6 pepperoncini peppers (whole)
- 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on the counter.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chuck roast on both sides for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- Place the seared roast in the crockpot. Sprinkle ranch dressing mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over it.
- Pour beef broth around the roast, then add pepperoncini peppers on top.
- Place butter on top of the roast, cover, and set crockpot to low. Cook for 8 hours.
