Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel the butternut squash, cut off both ends, and slice it in half lengthwise. Scoop out the seeds.
- Dice the squash into uniform cubes (about 1 inch).
