- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions

- In another pot, boil eggs for 9-12 minutes based on desired doneness. Cool in an ice bath before peeling.
- Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, green beans, olives, sliced eggs, and flaked salmon. Drizzle with dressing and toss gently.
