  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Thaw the pie crust if frozen.
  2. 2. Sauté the diced onion in olive oil until soft. Add spinach until wilted.
