Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) high-quality, wild-caught canned salmon, drained
  • 1 cup plain or seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley or dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter for frying

Instructions

  2. Shape the mixture into patties about 3 inches wide.
  3. Chill patties on a parchment-lined plate for at least 20 minutes to help them hold their shape.
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Cook each patty for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges or your favorite dipping sauce.
