  • 3 tablespoons gochujang
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and sesame oil until smooth.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.
  5. Pour the sauce over the broccoli and toss to coat evenly. Heat through for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  6. Serve on a platter, optionally garnished with sesame seeds or chopped scallions.
