- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture. Cube it once drained.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add bell peppers and broccoli; cook until just tender.
- Add cubed tofu; cook undisturbed until golden brown on one side (5-7 minutes).
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes; pour over tofu and veggies.
- Toss gently to coat and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle with sesame oil before serving over rice or noodles.
