  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix flour and eggs until a smooth dough forms. Knead for about 5 minutes until elastic. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest.
  2. Create the Filling: Combine lobster meat, ricotta, Parmesan, herbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl; mix gently until combined.
  3. Roll Out the Dough: Divide the rested dough into sections. Roll out each section to about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Assemble Ravioli: Place small spoonfuls of filling on one sheet of pasta. Moisten edges with water, place another sheet on top, and press gently to seal.
  5. Cook the Ravioli: Boil salted water in a pot; add ravioli and cook for 3–4 minutes until they float.
  6. Create the Sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter until golden brown. Add cooked ravioli and toss gently in the sauce.
