Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) block feta cheese
- 12 oz (340g) short pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 2 cups (300g) halved cherry tomatoes
- 3 tbsp (45ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup (10g) fresh basil, chopped
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
