  • 1 block (8 oz) feta cheese
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Place the feta cheese in the center and surround it with halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. Sprinkle minced garlic over the mixture and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle remaining olive oil on top.

  6. Combine the baked feta and tomatoes with the cooked pasta, adding reserved pasta water as needed for creaminess. Serve topped with fresh basil leaves.
