  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients while stirring gently.
  5. Fold in the toasted walnuts carefully.
  6. Scoop the batter into the muffin tins, filling each about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
