  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place in a baking dish.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Shred chicken using two forks while warm.
  3. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving with chips or veggies.
