- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
- 2 green onions (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Shred chicken using two forks while warm.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with remaining cheddar cheese and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving with chips or veggies.
