- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Let store-bought pizza dough sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into circles about 8 inches wide.
- Spoon ricotta cheese onto one half of each circle, then layer mozzarella, cooked sausage, spinach, and a dollop of pizza sauce. Leave space at the edge.
- Fold the other half over, pinching edges tightly to seal.
- Brush each calzone with olive oil for a golden finish.
