Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in onions and bell peppers; cook until softened.
- Remove from heat and stir in provolone cheese until melted.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat, spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides tightly, rolling upwards to seal.
