- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced

- 2 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 cup canned tomato puree
- 1 cup coconut cream or heavy cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
