Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut French fries
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili (meat or vegetarian)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp hot sauce (to taste)
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread frozen fries evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
