  • 1/2 cup fresh oregano, chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tzatziki sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb or beef with onion, garlic, panko breadcrumbs, oregano, lemon zest, beaten egg, salt, and pepper until just combined.
