- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp cinnamon (preferably Ceylon)
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup pecans or walnuts (chopped)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, ground ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and salt; mix well.
- Drizzle honey or maple syrup and melted coconut oil over the dry ingredients; stir until evenly combined.
- Add chopped nuts and seeds; mix thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Once golden brown, remove from the oven and mix in dried fruit while warm. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters.
