  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef or chicken
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup guacamole (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning; simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and layer seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, and optional guacamole in the center.
  3. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create pleats.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and place the wrapped crunchwrap seam-side down. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
