Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and lay flat on parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, egg, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each noodle. Place a spoonful of the filling at one end and roll it up tightly.
- Arrange the rolls seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
