  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar (for topping)
  • ½ cup rolled oats (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, melted butter, milk, and cranberry sauce until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir gently until just combined—lumps are fine!
  5. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar with oats and some more cinnamon for the topping and sprinkle it over each muffin.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and let cool slightly before enjoying.
