  • 2 tsp Creole seasoning
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  2. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Sprinkle in Creole seasoning.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes with juices and chicken broth; add bay leaves. Stir well and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet; cook until pink and opaque (3-5 minutes). Remove bay leaves and adjust seasoning as needed.
