- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
- Rinse sushi rice under cold water until clear, then cook with 1 cup of water according to package instructions.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over high heat and sear the tuna steaks for about 30 seconds on each side. Allow to cool slightly before slicing thinly.
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha; adjust spice to taste.
