  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef against the grain into thin strips, about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well.
