- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 cup sour cream (for serving)

Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the skillet; sauté for 4-5 minutes until soft.

- Reduce heat to low, sprinkle cheese over the mixture, and stir until melted.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon filling onto one side. Fold sides in and roll tightly from the bottom up.
