- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (freshly cracked)
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (chopped)

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
