- 3 cups all-purpose flour

- 2 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 oz cream cheese (for frosting)
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy (about 5 minutes).
- Stir in sourdough discard and eggs until well mixed.
- Gradually add flour and salt; knead dough on a floured surface for about 5-10 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about an hour or until doubled in size.
- Prepare the filling by mixing brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle, spread the filling evenly, and roll tightly into a log.
- Cut into about 12 equal pieces and place in a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooling slightly, prepare the cream cheese frosting by mixing cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
